Patrick Beecher is a General Contractor with over 37 years of experience in the building trade, creating and developing quality residential homes for numerous clients over the years. This has yielded significant growth and expansion in his previous company Beecher Construction Inc.
This success has created a new concept and vision which is now MOUNTAINHOUSE Design Build. Incorporating Design and Build within the framework of the new business model.
Pat has been progressive in his ability to develop, create, and establish an outstanding subcontractor team which was formed by his core beliefs and values of being a man of true “integrity.”
His background and strong business acumen have provided a clear understanding of all aspects of the building process in implementing and improving processes resulting in growth and success.
Pat Beecher as owner and President of Beecher Construction was able to successfully develop long term relationships with past clients, and subcontractors that has spread through “word of mouth” to new clients, and business opportunities for years.
Pat has an associate degree in engineering, and began in commercial construction at the age of 19 years old. He moved from Wisconsin to Colorado in 1995, and resides in Ouray County.
Pat is married to his wife Margi since 2008, and has 2 children, Sean and Brandon. He enjoys the outdoors, snowmobiling, camping, fishing, and RV trips.

Adam and his family moved to Ridgway in 2018. He is an Architect with over 20 years of experience in both the design and construction of a wide range of projects. His first 14 years of experience were at a large Design Build firm in the Milwaukee area. After moving to Ridgway in 2018 he created 604 Design Studio and has designed many projects in and around the Ridgway area. Adam specializes in 3d modeling and has a passion for design and problem solving. He is also LEED (Green Building) Certified, a member of the American Institute of Architects and a licensed Architect in both Colorado and Wisconsin. Starting in 2024 Adam combined 604 Design Studio with Beecher Construction to create MOUNTAINHOUSE Design Build.
Adam and his family are originally from Wisconsin and moved to Colorado in the summer of 2018. Along with his wife Candace and two kids Kayla and Nick they embarked on an adventure they will never forget. At the beginning of the summer they sold their house and many of their belongings and loaded what was left into a camper. They knew they wanted to live in Colorado but weren’t sure where to settle down. They spent most of the summer traveling Colorado and enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities the state has to offer. Along the way they had planned to spend two days at Ridgway State Park but ended up loving the area so much they stayed for two weeks. After that they were hooked and managed to find a place in Ridgway, not an easy thing to do. Adam and his family like to spend their free time enjoying the outdoors by camping, hiking, skiing and exploring all the area has to offer.
